Total renewal of roof, highlight windows, cladding and roof drainage systems was required to successfully rectify major deficiencies with this facility.

Operating safely within a busy community leisure centre, helping resolve intricate structural and detailing problems as they were uncovered, devising innovative access solutions and working closely with the client’s Project Manager were critical in the successful construction of this building.

Our building contractors also managed to build in additional works including temporary gym and amenities/entry within the tight construction period.
