RMIT Bookshop Building 83
The conversion of an entire ground floor into a shop ready to trade.
Commercial construction works included bespoke counter and joinery to perimeter walls, lighting and security, office partitions, Marmoleum floor coverings and painting throughout. The increased floor space for the client allowed for a greater amount and variety of stock they could present for sale. The client, stakeholders and architects were suitably impressed with the final product as not only did it meet the budget requirements, it was also delivered ahead of schedule.
